• 1 child room with a "cabin bed" possibility for a second child below

• Open kitchen fully équiped + wine cellar which will  be filled with our selection (with additional charge)

• A large and friendly living space (90 m2) with a babyfoot 

• Living room with 1 television and fireplace

• Dining room with a high table for 6 people 

• First floor : a "loft style" mezzanine  
  - 2 night spaces with two beds 180x200​ and two televisions 
  - 1 office area - Apple computer with wifi access​
   

​OUTSIDE

• Terrace, with 1 outdoor table,  BBQ Weber with plancha

• Large garden of 1300 m2 in two terraces with more than twenty olive trees

• Swimming pool 3,5 X 7 with a submerged beach, alarm, and buoys

• A summer lounge, 6 sunbeds, parasols, hammocks

• Trampoline

• Small petanque area with of course a pastis bottle!
   

 MORE INFORMATION

• Air conditioning (except in the children's room but stay chilly...)

• Supply includes bed linen, towels (bathroom and swimming pool)

• If necessary: we can provide a baby kit (cot, changing mat, bottle warmer, booster seat, plastic tableware, swimming pool belt...)

• Cleaning available during your stay, on demand

• Evenings allowed if you respect the neighbours

• Pets accepted under certain conditions, please contact us

• The stays are from Saturday to Saturday - 7 nights for the period form July and August and 5 nights for the other months 

• Everything is planned in order to spend "no soucy" vacation!
